Due to a technical issue, the online trip planner available on the C-TRAN website has at times produced inaccurate information. This includes displaying bus stops at incorrect locations. Maps showing scheduled stops on freeways such as Interstate 5, Interstate 84 and State Route 14 are not accurate.
C-TRAN is aware of the issue and working to fix it. In the mean time, schedules, stop locations and route maps are always available at www.c-tran.com under the "Routes" menu. Passengers can also call 360-695-0123 for trip planning assistance with a customer service representative.
