On Thursday, January 25, the bus being used as the Customer Service Office at the Vancouver Mall Transit Center will be replaced by a temporary structure at the same location. The Customer Service Office will remain at Bay H, on the west end of the platform at the transit center. The office will be open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday after the structure is in place, then resume regular hours starting Friday, January 26.
Routes 73 and 74 will continue to pick up and drop off passengers at Bay F, sharing the bay with Route 78. The Customer Service Office will be located at Bay H until a more permanent space is created at the transit center.
As a reminder, the C-TRAN Lost and Found is no longer located at the Vancouver Mall Transit Center. Customer must call 360-695-0123 to inquire about lost items.
