C-TRAN may limit or cancel service when road conditions become hazardous. C-VAN will contact you by phone if the bus is unable to reach your residence or when the operator determines that you cannot be safely transported from your home to the bus. If your ride is not essential, consider cancelling or rescheduling your trip during bad weather. Choosing to cancel your trip during bad weather will not result in a no-show penalty.
In severe weather conditions, all paratransit trips will be canceled. C-TRAN will send notification of canceled trips through the Ride Reminder automated system.
