C-TRAN was honored to continue its support of the community by participating in several outreach events throughout the year, including the promotional support of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Black History Month, the Washougal High School graduation parade, Clark County Special Olympics, Ridgefield’s Fourth of July Celebration, Battle Ground’s National Night Out and its Halloween event, Portland Pride, open house meetings for service changes and proposed fare changes, Washougal’s Lighted Christmas Parade and our campaign promoting free service and extended hours on New Year’s Eve.
