Executive Office Manager/Clerk of the Board
Debbie Jermann joined C-TRAN in 2008 and serves as the agency’s Executive Office Manager/Clerk of the Board, responsible for support to the C-TRAN Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer, as well as serving as the agency’s Public Records Officer and managing the day-to-day activities of the Executive Office. Jermann has more than 30 years of experience providing support to appointed and elected officials, including the Hood River County Board of Commissioners, and the Gresham City Council in Oregon.
Jermann attended professional development certification classes through the Northwest Clerks Institute at the University of Washington, Seattle University, and WSU Tacoma, earning her Certified Municipal Clerk designation in 2005 and her Master Municipal Clerk designation in 2007. Jermann is a Board Member of the Washington Municipal Clerks Association (WMCA), and an active member of the Washington Association of Public Records Officers (WAPRO), Washington State Transit Association (WSTA) Transit Clerks, International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC), and an honorary member/Past President of the Oregon Association of Municipal Clerks (OAMR).
