Chief Financial Officer
Julie Syring joined C-TRAN in 2007 and currently serves as the agency’s Chief Financial Officer. In that role, Syring oversees C-TRAN’s budget and all agency audit functions, as well as the Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Payroll and Business Intelligence teams. She also helps coordinate C-TRAN’s triennial review with the Federal Transit Administration. Syring previously served as Financial Analyst, Financial Manager and Director of Finance/Controller before her current role.
Syring holds an MBA from Portland State University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. She is a member of the Washington State Finance Officers Association.
