Starting Sunday, October 1, printed C-TRAN day passes and punch cards will no longer be available for purchase at external outlets such as Safeway and Fred Meyer. C-TRAN monthly passes will still be sold at those locations, and all passes, including day passes and punch cards, will still be available at C-TRAN Customer Service offices.
Starting Sunday, October 15, no printed C-TRAN passes of any kind will be sold at the TriMet Ticket Office at Pioneer Courthouse Square in downtown Portland.
These changes are part of the gradual transition away from printed passes with the launch of Hop Fastpass, the electronic fare system now on C-TRAN, TriMet and the Portland Streetcar. There are many benefits to using Hop: Learn more at myhopcard.com.
