Deputy Clerk of the Board/Executive Assistant
Sindy Quitugua joined C-TRAN in 2011 and currently serves as the agency’s Clerk of the Board/Executive Assistant. In that role, Quitugua helps coordinate various executive functions, along with C-TRAN Board of Directors meetings, public records requests, travel coordination and other tasks. She has also been involved in planning many of C-TRAN’s community and employee events. Quitugua previously served in C-TRAN’s Capital Projects and Planning Department, coordinated the Vanpool program and worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Operations Department. She stepped into her current role in 2023.
Quitugua holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University, and attended the University of Puget Sound through the Northwest Clerks Institute. She is a member of the Washington Municipal Clerks Association, the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, and the Washington State Transit Association.
